and the other south of Wynyard Sask. We had not seen these parcels for many years. When we decided to sell them we could not describe them except the location that comes every year when we got tax bill. We were very fortunate in finding a salesperson, Dan Torwalt, who took care of the details and especially the pictures that he took which showed the land and the location relative to the neighborhood. He also provided the details that any buyer would want to know. After he found buyers he tutored us in selling it as we were in Calgary Alberta and the buyers were in Saskatchewan so He had to teach us how to fill in the sale papers legally from a distance and he did the same for the buyers. I am very grateful that everything went so smoothly and I recommend anyone wanting to sell land that this is the way to go.
